One of the things admissions department needs is for example a google calendar sync, so that we can use that calendar in Calendly to check for conflicts, so applicants booking tests etc are not able to book them during any Admissions events.
Step 1: Retrieve web cal from OA, from the admissions officer account.
Step 2: Add the web cal feed to the google account used for admissions/advancement, and of course Calendly.
Step 3: Rename calendar to "OpenApply" or "OA", otherwise the name is just the url.
Step 4: In Calendly, under "Calendar Settings — Check Calendars for Conflicts' check the box for the new OA google calendar
That way, Calendly will know when OpenApply events are happening automatically!
